Clear

If you thought zatar was the name of some kind of super villain in a fantasy series, then you’re probably not alone. However, if you’re a foodie, you won’t need to look it up to know that zatar is a blend of popular middle eastern spices. But like the seed for any good story, we like a good mix, so our zatar includes sesame seeds, almond flakes, sunflower seeds, cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Unless you’ve got some sort of magical food making super power, we can’t imagine anything tastier on our carefully selected white fish.

Talking of superpowers, what better accompaniment than a superfood based roast cauliflower salad and a roast garlic aioli! The cauliflower florets are perfectly roasted to bring out a light colouring. Mixed with carrots, onion, cumin seeds and chickpeas, you won’t be able to resist the call to devour this dish over and over again.
